BBC HD channels?

Hello How canI get BBC hd channels on my Spiderbox ,I used to get them but no longer could some nice person show me what to do to get these channels back cheers

They have changed from DVB-S to DVB-S2.

Remove BBC HD & BBC ONE HD channels from your receiver.

Then Manual scan 10847.00 V DVB-S2 QPSK 23000 8/9

Hi please please help I have tried all night to get these channels but have failed I have scaned and scaned but nothing hope you will help cheers

Menu>Manual scan

Then type 0000 on RC (if default password is required)
Scroll down to Frequency (use arrow down button below RC "OK" button)>Type 10847
Scroll down to S/Rate>Type 23000
Leave Polarisation as Vertical-13V
Scroll down to Modulation>Then press ">" button on RC (to the right of "OK" button) to DVB-S2 QPSK
Scroll down to FEC>Then press ">" button until it reads 8/9
Scroll down to Search>Press "OK" button
Save?> Scroll to Yes>Press "OK" button

Then scan of that single TP will begin.....

N.B: Check that S (Green bar) and Q (Blue bar) are showing OK readings

Channel search completed
Save?>Yes >Press "OK" button

Your new channels will be at the end of your channel list for that Satellite.

Hi Sitting Bull thanks that worked really good cheers, I now want to move the channels to the front of my channel list,, I clicked on move, the channel had a tick by the side of it and then I clicked the green button , but it didnt move what am I doing wrong hope you can help cheers thanks again

menu
channel manager
highlight"move"
goto channel(s) you want to move
press ok, a tick appears next to it
Move to where you want to place the channel by scrolling up/down
press green and it will move
press exit

You will be asked if you want to save, press yes.

Done.

Hi thanks I am haveing problems when I tick the channel I want to move a tick apears then when I click again to move it another tick apears ,I just cant get to the place I want it to go before I click the green one ,thanks cheers.

Follow the advice in post#11 above exactly.
After ticking the channels you want to move, dont forget you have to press UP Arrow or Down Arrow on RC to the place in your list where you want to move the channels to.
