Arena Card in Eagle

Would an Arena card work in an Eagle and if so where would you get one.

Done a bit of searching, but could find nothing.

Yea, the official site is in German, which I haven't a clue of.

When you try to purchase it, it doesn't give a country option, so I assumed it would not be forsale outside Germany/Austria

No live links to other web sites or sales/advertising.
