Discussion. Where ?

Superb forum this one. Today I posted in the 'wrong' place and was politely told not to. Accept that But: All forums are a bit different in layout and navigating takes time to learn each one's means. I cannot find a place to start a 'discussion' item. In my case it was an Clarke Tech item.
Not a complaint just a very minor suggestion that headings be clear to ensure I don't balls up the system. Thanks mods. for all you do for erks like me.:y11:

We like to keep all discussions in the main sections of the forum seperate from files and download sections.
